How it all started
Straight outta Hackaton
In 2018, on DECODE’s hackathon, there was this one idea that outshined the others. You see, at that time, team of devs addressed a burning issue: getting tickets with little to no valuable data to fix things.
And just like that, Shake was born: a bug and crash reporting tool for mobile apps. Firstly imagined just for internal use, but later on, the product was polished and shared with the whole wide world.
Made by developers, for developers
Since 2019, anyone can fix bugs faster with more than 50 data points attached on every ticket by every user – automatically. On the Shake Dashboard, all the reports and users’ feedback are streamlined and sorted out, making the debugging process and customer service far less stressful than it needs to be.
In 2024, Shake expanded as a product with a free Web SDK. Which means: now you can do it all, the whole project – on just one platform.
TLDR; Shake happened naturally. Just like all good things do.
